Why is my discount code not working?

If your discount code is not working at checkout, please check the possible reasons below.

1. Check the code spelling

Please make sure the discount code is entered exactly as shown.

Discount codes may not work if there are:

• Extra spaces before or after the code

• Missing letters or numbers

• Incorrect capitalization

• Typing mistakes

We recommend copying and pasting the code directly into the discount code box at checkout.

2. Check whether the code has expired

Some discount codes are only available for a limited time.

If the promotion has ended, the code may no longer be valid.

3. Check whether the code applies to your order

Some discount codes may only apply to certain products, collections, order amounts, or customer groups.

A code may not work if:
