2. Wait for the tracking system to update
Tracking information may not appear immediately after your order ships.
For some shipping companies, it may take 2–5 business days for the tracking information to appear in the system.
If your tracking number was recently sent to you, please allow some time for the carrier to update the shipment status.
3. Check the tracking number carefully
Please make sure the tracking number was entered correctly.
When copying the tracking number, avoid adding extra spaces before or after the number.
4. Check your shipping confirmation email
Your tracking number is usually included in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Why does tracking look stuck?
Tracking may appear stuck while the package is moving between shipping partners, countries, customs, or local carriers.
This is common for international shipments. The tracking may update again once the package reaches the destination country or is scanned by the next carrier.
