Most Canvas Gift Co. items are made to order. This means your order may need production time before it ships.
Order timeline
Your total delivery time includes two parts:
Processing time
Shipping time
Processing time is the time needed to prepare and produce your order before it is shipped.
Shipping time is the time it takes for the package to be delivered after it leaves our facility.
How long does processing take?
Processing time may vary depending on the product type and current order volume.
Common products usually require 1–2 days of production time.
Customized products may take a little longer to produce, usually up to 3–5 days.
Because personalized items are made specifically for your order, production may include steps such as:
Reviewing your customization details
Preparing the design
Printing, engraving, embroidery, or other custom work
Quality checking the finished item
Packing the order for shipment
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship after production is complete.
Once your order ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that tracking information may not update immediately after shipment. For some shipping companies, it may take 2–5 business days for tracking information to appear in the system.
Why has my order not shipped yet?
Your order may still be processing if:
It is a personalized or made-to-order item
Your customization details require additional review
The product is experiencing high order volume
Production is taking longer than usual during a busy period
Our team contacted you about missing or unclear personalization details
If we need more information from you, production may be delayed until we receive your reply.
Why does my tracking look stuck?
If your tracking appears stuck on a certain date, this can be normal while the package is moving between countries or shipping partners.
Tracking may update again once the package reaches the destination country or is handed to the local carrier.
Can items arrive separately?
Yes. For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages.
If this happens, you will not be charged additional shipping fees.
