What information do I need?

You can use your tracking number to check the latest shipping status.

Your tracking number will be sent to you by email after your order has finished processing and has been shipped.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Most Canvas Gift Co. items are made to order, so your order may need production time before tracking becomes available.

Once your order ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Why is my tracking number not updating?

Tracking information may not update immediately after the package is shipped.

For some shipping companies, it may take 2–5 business days for tracking information to appear in the system.

If your tracking looks stuck, this may also happen while the package is moving between countries, shipping partners, or local carriers.

What if I have not received tracking yet?

If you have not received tracking information, your order may still be in processing or production.

Please check whether you received any emails from us asking for missing or unclear personalization details. If we need more information from you, your order may be delayed until we receive your reply.
