Because many of our items are personalized and made to order, cancellation may not be possible once your order has entered production or has already shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
We’ll do our best to help if your order has not entered production yet.
If your order is already in production, completed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
Why can’t some orders be canceled?
Many Canvas Gift Co. products are custom-made based on the personalization details submitted at checkout.
Once production begins, materials, printing, engraving, embroidery, or other custom work may already be in progress. For this reason, personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation after production has started.
What information should I provide?
To help us review your cancellation request quickly, please include:
Your order number
The email address used at checkout
The product name
The reason you would like to cancel
Whether you would prefer to modify the order instead
Can I modify my order instead?
If you want to cancel because of a mistake in the name, date, custom text, shipping address, size, color, or product option, please let us know.
In some cases, we may be able to update the order instead of canceling it, as long as production has not started.
What if my order has already shipped?
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
You can check your tracking information for delivery updates. If there is an issue after delivery, please contact our support team with your order number and details.
