Can I edit my personalization after placing an order?

We understand that personalized gifts need to be just right.

If you need to change a name, date, message, photo, or any other personalization details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


Can changes be made?

We’ll do our best to help if your order has not entered production yet.

Because each personalized item is made just for you, changes may not be possible once production has started or the order has already shipped.


What details can I request to change?

You may contact us if you need to update:

  • A name

  • A date

  • Custom text

  • A photo

  • A design choice

  • A product option

  • Other personalization details

Please make sure the corrected information is complete and accurate when you contact us.


What information should I provide?

To help us check your order faster, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • The product name

  • The personalization details currently on the order

  • The corrected personalization details you want us to use


What if my order is already in production?

If your order has already entered production, we may not be able to edit the personalization details.

Personalized items are created based on the information submitted at checkout, so we recommend reviewing all names, dates, spelling, photos, and custom text carefully before placing your order.
