If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to help if your order has not entered production yet. Because many of our products are personalized and made to order, changes may not be possible once production has started or the order has already shipped.


What can I request to modify?

You may contact us if you need to change:

  • Personalization details

  • Shipping address

  • Product size

  • Product color

  • Product style

  • Product version

  • Quantity

  • Contact information

  • Other order details

Please note that some changes may not be available depending on the product and the current status of your order.


What information should I provide?

To help us review your request faster, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • The product name

  • The details you want to change

  • The new details you would like us to use

Please make sure the new information is complete and accurate.


Can my order still be changed?

If your order has not entered production, we will try our best to update it.

If your order is already in production, completed, or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.


Should I place a new order?

Please do not place a new order unless our support team advises you to do so.

Submitting a support request first helps us check whether your existing order can still be updated.
