If you entered the wrong name, date, custom text, photo, or other personalization details, please contact us as soon as possible.

Personalized items are made based on the information submitted at checkout, so the sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of helping before production begins.


What should I do first?

Please submit a support request immediately and include the correct personalization details.

Do not place a second order unless our support team advises you to do so.


What information should I provide?

To help us review your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • The product name

  • The incorrect personalization details

  • The corrected name, date, text, photo, or other custom information

Please make sure the corrected details are complete and spelled exactly as you want them to appear.


Can the mistake be fixed?

We’ll do our best to update your order if it has not entered production yet.

However, once a personalized item has started production or has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.


What if the item has already been made?

If your item has already been produced using the information submitted at checkout, we may not be able to change or remake it for free.

Each personalized item is made specifically for your order, so we strongly recommend reviewing all names, dates, spelling, photos, and custom text carefully before completing checkout.
