Why have I not received an order confirmation?

After placing an order, an order confirmation email is usually sent to the email address entered at checkout.

If you have not received your confirmation email, it does not always mean your order was not placed. Please follow the steps below.


1. Check your inbox folders

Please check your:

  • Spam folder

  • Junk folder

  • Promotions folder

  • Updates folder

Sometimes order confirmation emails may be filtered into one of these folders.


2. Make sure your email address was entered correctly

If the email address entered at checkout was misspelled or incomplete, the confirmation email may not arrive.

Your order may still have been placed successfully even if the confirmation email was sent to the wrong email address.


3. Search your inbox

Try searching your inbox for:

  • Canvas Gift Co.

  • Your order number

  • Order confirmation

  • The product name you ordered


4. Check your payment

Please check whether your payment was completed successfully.

If your payment was approved, our support team may be able to locate your order even if you did not receive the confirmation email.

If you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please submit a support request and include as much information as possible.

Please include:

  • The name used on the order

  • The email address you may have used at checkout

  • Your shipping address

  • The product you ordered

  • A screenshot of the payment charge, if available
